We recently caught up with rising DJ/producer Kennedy Jones before his debut performance at Dim Mak’s legendary Sunday night party in Hollywood. Best known for his trap remix of Elvis Crespo’s “Suavemente” which has been destroying clubs in recent months, Kennedy is no stranger to bass music stages in the United States and has produced numerous trap and dubstep-oriented tracks. In this video, Kennedy talks about “bass music”, the inspiration behind remixing “Suavemente,” linking up with Borgore, the future of trap and more.
